10 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
4 dashes Angostura bitters
4 crushed ice cubes
2 fl oz (50 ml) Bourbon whiskey
1 sprig(s) of mint
Crush the fresh mint leaves with the granulated sugar in highball glass(es) and rub it around the inside of the glass(es). Add the Angostura bitters and stir well.
Add the crushed ice cubes and pour over the Bourbon whiskey.
Serve stirred or without stirring garnished with sprig(s) of fresh mint.
