1 oz (25 ml) blue Curaçao
1 oz (25 ml) Amaretto di Saronno
1 oz (25 ml) lemon juice
chilled champagne to top up
1 spiral(s) of lemon rind
Pour the blue Curaçao, Amaretto di Saronno and lemon juice in tall flute glass(es).
Top up with chilled champagne. To retain bubbles, do not stir.
Serve decorated with a spiral(s) of lemon rind.
