6 tbsp. (90mL) honey
1 cup (250 mL) lemon juice concentrate
1 lemon, thinly sliced
carbonated water
Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Add lemon slices and refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve, put 1/4 cup (50 mL) of lemon mixture in a 12 oz. (375mL) glass. Add 1 cup (250 mL) carbonated water. Fill with ice. Serve with a mint leaf to garnish, if desired.
